About the Owner
Hi, I’m Kristine. I started Carmen’s Kitty Corner September of 2018 in hopes of providing quality and fun toys for cats. You see, I bought a kicker toy for my cats to play with, Carmen loved the toy so much that within 2 weeks it was destroyed. I saw a video from a cat rescue on how to make your own cat toys. I caught my creativeness from my mother, so I got to work. I went down the rabbit hole to create fun, stylish and longer lasting cat toys. Each toy that I make is first tested on my cats to make sure they are fun and of good quality. If my cats don’t like them then we revisit the drawing board to make our products better. Carmen’s Kitty Corner was the obvious choice in a name, since she was the one who destroyed the kicker toy.
Unfortunately, like everyone else, I did take a break from my business during the Pandemic. During that time I made and delivered crochet mask extenders for free for anyone who needed them. Now that I am back, I am working full time on making and creating toys for all the kittens and cats out there.
Our Business
We are Carmen’s Kitty Corner coming to you from Brookfield, Connecticut. We hand make all our toys ranging in color, size and style! We hope that your cats enjoy our toys. All of the styles were tested and approved by Carmen the Kitty. From our cats to yours, have a meow-tastic day!

Friends Of Feral and Homeless Cats and Kittens Inc.
This rescue Organization was started in Connecticut by Laura Whitcomb. They take in and care for sick or injured Feral cats and kittens. They also play a huge role in trap, neuter and return of feral\stray cats. Any cats or kittens that are adoptable, are transported up north to other great organizations to find forever homes. This organization is dear to my heart and cats since 3 of them came from down south. Wells Valley Cat Rescue, Inc.
This is where our journey of Carmen’s Kitty Corner started. Carmen was saved by Wells Valley Cat Rescue, Inc. This organization takes in homeless cats and kittens in order to find them loving homes. The people who run this organization go above and beyond to help save cats and kittens and find them loving and caring homes. Wells Valley Cat Rescue is also very dear to my heart because most of my cats came from them.
